1) Como colocar o name, surname, maiden name, given name, family name, first name(s), last name(s)...?

2) no form DS-158, a pergunta 6 (full names and address of children, parents, and siblings) Adress? Cidade e país ou rua, cep...?

3) O form DS-157 é apenas para homens?

4) no form DS-2001, quem é quem? Aplicante? requerente? peticionário?

4) no form DS-156 pergunta 21 (present occupation?) inglês ou português?, pergunta 26 (how long do you intend to stay in the US?) o que responder neste formulário de NÂO imigrante? pergunta 27 (purpose of your trip?) marriage and relocation to the USA?? pergunta 32 (intend to work?) Pergunta 36 (has anyone ever filed an immigrant Visa Petition on your Behalf?) my question: Isto não é óbvio?

Pessoal, muitas perguntas...eu sei!

Ali.
