Philippines embassy open

Does anyone know if Philippine embassy is currently open for interviews ?

i was told they aren’t doing any interviews until proclamation is finished in December 31,2020.

Your ? seems to be answered at the Philippine site.. there is a K1 interview happening the first week of Oct..

can u give me the link that shows the K1  interview for October please. Trying to look on the site but I can’t find it.

Your profile says CR1/IR1, so I assume that's what you're asking about.  USEM is open for CR1/IR1 interviews.  CR1/IR1 visa processing has never been affected by any ban proclamation.

"Visa services being offered:  We have resumed certain nonimmigrant visa services, including [...], and certain immigrant visas including IR1, IR2, CR1, CR2, and EB3 nurses."

Thanks for the info. Asking for a friend. Would u also know anything about ir5 Visas?

Would we have to wait for proclamation to be done ?

Yes.  IR5 visa issuance is banned.  No interviews until end of 2020 (assuming ban is not extended).
