Mine said the same as yours for the past 2 months. Yesterday it changed to "December 21, 2020 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". I saw that others on the forum got their approval soon after the actively reviewed status so I checked again today, and sure enough, it said case was approved.

Congrats on your approval!! Mine is pretty similar to your timeline. Did you receive email from USCIS too?

Hello, we filed I-130 in January 15 and they touched our application only ONCE so far (February 11). We have been waiting for 11 months... So frustrating! The Case History of USCIS site shows "Invalid Date Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed". Does anyone have the same issue?

Mine has said that for months now and still nothing has happened, Jan 22 PD

I HATE Potomac so much!!!! Why are they taking so long. This is so disheartening.

I agree. I also don't understand why USCIS don't monitor the progress and divide all applications for other centers evenly depending on their workload... It is obvious for everyone that Potomac is unusually slow at their work.

My case silently transferred to Potomac.  I've never had a touch and status change from April.

Is there anything I can do, as I thought that transferring of cases was supposed to speed up the process? We’re not even allowed to inquire about the case even though we would be able to if we were still at Nebraska. I tried to make a query on out of processing time online but just got an error.

Nebraska is approving cases applied around Sep. So unfair

Yes that’s normal. Igors List only Shows 12 months so since it’s January it shows Februar 2021 to January 2022... doesn’t have to do anything with where they are at processing wise.

Thank you for the reply. So what is the point of the list then? Is it just VJ members by their timeline?
