I just hope everyone who replied on this thread, who set it up to be some sort of insane contest, and who came back to gloat understand just how absolutely unnecessary and unhelpful you are. I realize to some this isn't very important or might even be sort of a joke but my fiance and I are really both struggling with the year and a half hold on our lives. I understand the appeal in trying to make a joke out of it or even make it fun but it's not. This is literally soul crushing. We have been trying EVERYTHING and paid A LOT of money simply so we can start our lives together. The fact that you were all compelled to make light of it, joke, and even say "haha we got it" is beyond disgusting. 

I hope going forward you think about what you say before you say it. We came here looking for help and empathy in a desperate situation and you all saw fit to behave like animals. 

I hope you're proud.
