Question about DS-156K

To DS-156 we are suppose to attach, among other things, Evidence of Engagement.

What is that?

Is Statement of Intent to Marry enough or something else is needed?

With my 156, she obviously was wearing her ring at the time of the imterview, I had a scrapbook of the days leading up to the day and the day of, as well the reciept for the ring itself.

Ring is great, but they want some papers attached to the form. We don't really have receipt for the ring...

I think what they're looking for is evidence of your relationship overall. Photos, letters, emails, that sort of thing. I don't think USCIS is looking for a specific form that proves your engagement, per se.
