I got new nadra card and passport before interview, my interview didn’t go to well so case in admin processing now got request for 2nd medical, embassy know about change of passport as they kept it on interview even when they re-opened my DS-260 for some reason I updated my passport info there too but they don’t have copy of my updated nadra card? Can it cause any problem? The old nadra card which they have show my name which is same even on new one but as my guardian it shows my father name. On the contrary on new nadra card it has my husband name instead of guardian, kept my same name as before marriage with same surname, change was only marital status change. Just somebody tell does nadra card has any role or they just look at passport ?

So u think old id card not an issue at all?

Can't imagine why they would need either the old or new nadra

If they want it, they will request it.  Your local Pakistan ID card has no significance or status for US immigration though.

From what I know is they just look at the passport but what happened at the interview, why were you in AP?

My ruksati had to happen at that time so when they asked me to tell something about my husband that I only know as wife not something bookish i said my ruksati has to happen yet on this so they said then wait for ruksati ur case is on pending, upload rukstai pics , but one more mistake that i made was that i opted for urdu interview in which they use a translator, i think if I hadn’t opted for urdu interview I would get my visa approved right away , but everything happens by ALLAH SWT will so i m hopeful inshallah everything will be fine soon.
