I'm currently looking to seek some legal advice on my F1 OPT STEM extension. I had applied for my extension initially on August 6th 2020 and had received a rejection notice citing incorrect payment information (I checked in with my bank and could verify that the payment amount was correct). ANyway I refiled the application on 31st of August 2020 after receiving the notice on the 28th of August 2020. Unfortunately they had updated the I-765 form (no official intimation was given) on 25th of August but I had used the older version of the form since it was just a resubmission. I received another rejection notice on 15th of September 2020 and this time the reason cited was the filing of an outdated form. My EAD officially expired on the 3rd of September 2020.  I did resubmit the application on September 17th 2020 and included a cover letter, a letter from my DSO at Cornell and the receipt notices I had received previously along with the green slip.
What are the chances of my EAD getting approved upon resubmission?
