Your right, Biometric fees now are for just a few applications , found that in the fine print. Makes the new fee a little easier to swallow. Went up $80 instead of $165.

N-400 went up like 80%

Where do you see no Biometrics fee? I read the whole thing and doesn't say it doesn't apply to the I-751.

I will go through it and send it in the morning. It is buried in the fine print and i went back and found it when TU2008 brought it to my attention.  Cheers

In the Final Rule issued by USCIS, it states that Biometrics is incorporated into the fee:

The $30 fee is for special cases.

I went back in there looking for where I read it..... think I could find it??? Nooooooo. Thanks for your help
