do i pay when i get the visa?

Do i have to pay a fee at the day of interview when the consulate issue me the visa and if yes how much ??

It's hard for anyone to help you if you don't have a timeline, and we don't even know which country you're from. In Moscow you have to pay $100 at the interview, when the CO instructs you to. You should put this question in the Embassy/Consulate thread...Good Luck.
