Is it possible for me to get some copy of 245I bc I lost it.

the 245i is a law. I imagine you mean the i130 petitioned for someone under that law. who and what form was filed under that law, was it a labor petition, marriage or family petition?

It's a family petition...my mom-in law lost the NOA 245I copy,coupd she able to get another copy bc needed for filling

Yes file a FOIA form. You can get this form from USCIS.GOV 

One of my cousins used 245(i) to adjust there status in the US. She was approved for her green card recently. 😀
