Where is your actual address? Your new house you just bought in WA or your friend's place in Canada?

Is there a reason you're staying at a friends place while you have a house sitting there?

I only ask as it may help answer your questions and help clear any confusion.

If the friends place you will want to make the move to your WA house before his interview as Montreal is very hard on proving domicile.

I currently live with my girl friend in British Columbia Canada. He lives with his grandparents to save money, about 20 mins from where I live. We were going to get married next week so we could start the spousal visa process (but not have our actual wedding celebration until august 2021 due to COVID). I will not be moving out of my girlfriends place until spring/summer time next year, which then I will be moving down to my house I just bought in washington. He will continue to live at his grand parents the entire time. :) Hope this helps clarify some things so you can help me out :)
