I-751: Wife kept her original name officially but uses my last name socially?

My wife and I got married in very late 2018 under a K-1 visa.  She now has a conditional green card.  I think we are now within the 90-day window for filing I-751, so I started working on it today.

She hasn’t changed her name officially and won’t be changing it, but on Facebook she uses my last name and some people write mail to us calling her by my last name.  Do we need to list that name on the I-751 as another name she uses?  Or just keep it the same because she has never legally or professionally changed her name?  She does sometimes receive mail with my last name (usually for stuff we buy online, not anything official).

If we need to list this as another name she uses, does it require explanation to USCIS?

June 2016: We started writing to each other

June-July 2017: Met in person in the US for our first anniversary

December 2017 - January 2018: Met again in the US and got engaged

01/09/2018: I-129F sent to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox via FedEx

01/16/2018: Received NOA1 (NOA1 notice date: 01/11/2018)

June-July 2018: Met in person in Singapore and Australia for our second anniversary

08/03/2018: Notice date on our NOA2 (updated in USCIS's new website on August 6)

08/15/2018: Our case reached NVC

08/22/2018: Received NVC case number

09/04/2018: Our package left NVC (arrived 9/11, and she sent packet 3 that day)

09/20/2018: Received packet 4; scheduled interview

10/30/2018: Interview - told that we're approved!  Now waiting to receive the visa...
11/27/2018: Port of Entry at BWI

12/1/2018: Our wedding!

12/8/2018: Filed AoS on the way to our honeymoon (12/8-15/2018)
6/~7/2019: EAD and AP approved
09/25/2019: AOS interview in Orlando -- approval and green card!

Next step, June 2019: Filing I-751

Note: My wife is a Singaporean.  She moved to Australia before we met and got permanent residency there.

When did she receive her green card? What's the date written next to "resident since"?  If you got married in 2018, I think you might be calculating wrong ...

Especially since I-485 wasn't approved until September 2019: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=275226

You're right.  I checked her green card.  It doesn't expire until September 2021, so we can't file this form until June 2021.

Thanks all for answering the question in my original post.

Thanks all for answering the question in my original post.

Make sure it is not postmarked more than 90 days before it expires. Many extra months to gather evidence and read the instructions.

To answer your question, I've never used my husband's last name (never wrote it down on a form, introduced myself under that name, etc.), so I didn't list it.
Others have written a name that isn't mine, it's their mistake, and wasn't official business, so I didn't list their mistake as a name I've used.  Didn't cause any problem.
