Hi, My interview was scheduled at USA Embassy in Islamabad in Late March 2020, but due to COVID it was cancelled and no rescheduled date is given till now ( Sep '20)

How can I find out if my visa Category is effected by the Ban?

Also how can I find out when will my interview be rescheduled?

It is until at least 1.1.21

YMMV

Your visa category is indeed affected by the ban (all immigrant visas except spouse and minor children of citizens (and a couple other special categories)  fall under the ban). I don’t think anyone can give a reliable answer about when until interviews start being scheduled again. But if you already had one lined up for just after the shutdown started hopefully you will be one of the first in line when that happens.
