Hello, I'm a prospective K1 Visa applicant who is currently waiting for NOA2.

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who got a RFE for submitting only the one page of passport that has the bio info and expiry date as the proof of US citizenship. Or anyone who did so and was still able to get approved? My fiance and I had not known about the general rule to copy all pages of passport when submitting our I-129F application. We're new to this community and so worried that our mistake is going to cause further delay in the process. If anyone could kindly share their experience and help us out, it would be very appreciated!! Thank you so much.

The passport bio-page is sufficient proof of citizenship.  There is no rule to send all passport pages in the current instructions for I-129F.  Apparently, that used to be a thing years ago.  Don't worry, you'll be fine with just the bio-page.

You didn't know about the general rule because it doesn't exist anymore

YMMV

It was back in 2009 when i first did K1 but things have changed a lot maybe someone finally wished up to understand they could check the computers for travel and countries.

Hello,

I was wondering if electronic signatures throughout the application (instead of manual signature) are acceptable. One of our rising concerns after submitted the applications..😥 Would this be a reason to get an RFE?

Thank you very much for all your insights in advance!

Yes: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-b-chapter-2 "A signature is valid even if the original signature on the document is photocopied, scanned, faxed, or similarly reproduced. Regardless of how it is transmitted to USCIS, the copy must be of an original document containing an original handwritten signature, unless otherwise specified. The regulations do not require that the person signing submit an “original” or “wet ink” signature on a petition, application, or other request to USCIS."

But it's only the petitioner's signature on I-129F signature area that would need to follow the policy I quoted. The other signatures should be fine.

Keep in mind other pages of the passport with stamps is good evidence of meeting. You still may receive a RFE for lack of evidence of meeting and therefore those pages with stamps would be a good means of proving entrancing and exiting the beneficiary's country.
