Thanks JeanneAdil and queenMorocco12 for this conversation.

Update about our case: My wife lost her father yesterday.

She was planing to go next week in person to try to get medical appointment. After many phone call for last 10 days, she sent many people to the doctors cause she lives 800km south of Casablanca, and also cause Casablanca is under lock-down{COVID19}. Doctors are taking their precautions by limiting the number of visits. One of them Doctor Nezha FEhri has that irresponsible(last to say selfish) text answer to our request for appointment ":she is close for one year???' could'nt she just let some other doctor take over. The medical appointment are to be around december, her interview is 10/16. I'm weighing our options between Rescheduling or the Administrative Processing 221g.

I will appreciate any inputs.God Bless

Go to appointment

if you wait to long your medical may be months from It till interview and you only have 6 months from date of medical to travel

otherwise,  don't let the medical itself run out

go,  do the interview,   send the results in the sealed envelope (as embassy will tell you ) more than likely thru Aramex

and all ,  in Morocco ,  go thru an AP wait anyway,   so just get it started ASAP by taking the scheduled interview now

I know this was announced September 7th  "We risk being overwhelmed by the virus," said Health Minister Khalid Ait Taleb. and the cases in Morocco has spiked so i am wondering how the embassy handles this and is scheduling for October.   You may want to email embassy and just ask "can i travel to and inside Morocco?"   As they were not suppose  to lift conditions and open embassy till the country did

I know the major cities were closed down in July and August and again on September 7th but the embassy is aware and if no one can travel,  why schedule anything?  i figure you can get in and out as you will have paper showing you have to go to embassy appointment (but maybe i am wishful thinking). I know my aunt just traveled from Kentra to Youssoufia by bus and bus and trains had also been shut down.  so,  hopefully things have lighten up.  Still cases there are climbing (could be that they get tested now and weren't able to do before this ) so wear a mask and be safe .  Morocco did open its government offices (good sign??)

Thank you JeanneAdil, very generous of you, offering your time to respond and help. I will take your advice about the AP. I sent an email to the US Consular General at Casablanca, informing her about the impossible task of getting hold on any of there approved doctors. I asked her what to do. Hopefully we get some good news, and the pandemic fades away.
