I will try to go , but i am worry about the person at the front he asked everyone to provide him with  the document first on the door before they proceed  to the officer , so  i am not sure if he will let him enter to see an officer or he will refuse to letting him in

the only thing you show the man at the outside office is your letter of interview and your passport

i am sure the embassy is now aware that no one is able to make medical exam appointments like normal times

Ask his if he has anyone in the Casablanca area that can go to the offices in person to book an appointment for him. This is one of those times its best to find a way to be persistent.

No they can not

Yes,  ana a3lam,  all DV lottery interviews have to be completed by end of September but these  these people are going to interview without medical completed as they too are having trouble getting them scheduled before the interview appointment.

And most Moroccans travel far to get to embassy (some from as far away as the desert or Tangers with no family in Casa/true when they applied and they knew it) so they get the train and/or bus overnight and get there for interview and sit outside on the curb or a local cafe till embassy opens.  this is something he is going to have to do no matter when the interview is scheduled.

Definitely yes, he will do his best to make this interview , even without medical exam he will attend , I am not sure when they missing a document and they put you as AP, did they hold the passport or they will returned the passport back to him ? also when they received the document missing their asking for another interview or they will just call him back to pick up his passport with visa ? and how long they could hold the passport after receiving the missing document ?

Unforunately,  he will have to travel to Casa at least twice (one to interview and one to medical exam)

not easy for anyone especially under the covid issues / it is actually scary to travel now /scary to even sit in the back seat of a taxi as taxi drivers in casa want to stuff the cab with people and not just carry 1 person.

You may have to help him by paying for hotel for the night before (but even then,  hard to find a taxi in Casa at 6 AM to get to embassy).  i know as we had to do this.

I wish i could give you better answers but all are having these problems / this is one time a facebook friend he has could maybe help and offer a room or a ride to Casa

Let's us hope they keep his passport as that inplies they intend to issue if medical and all other security checks are ok

but sometimes they don't and ask the Moroccan to send it later thru Aramex

so,  you are in limbo during AP and i am so sorry for what you all go thru / Casa is hard enough without these crazy covid issues

Hopefully,  you get the visa and put this all behind you and have a great life in the US together

GOD knows how much a really pray to make everything easy for this interview , I just worry about when you missing a document with the embassy they make your life harder to be in touch with them , its not easy to have an answer from the embassy when they asked you to wait for respond .. they took for ever .

Thanks JeanneAdil and queenMorocco12 for this conversation.

Update about our case: My wife lost her father yesterday.

She was planing to go next week in person to try to get medical appointment. After many phone call for last 10 days, she sent many people to the doctors cause she lives 800km south of Casablanca, and also cause Casablanca is under lock-down{COVID19}. Doctors are taking their precautions by limiting the number of visits. One of them Doctor Nezha FEhri has that irresponsible(last to say selfish) text answer to our request for appointment ":she is close for one year???' could'nt she just let some other doctor take over. The medical appointment are to be around december, her interview is 10/16. I'm weighing our options between Rescheduling or the Administrative Processing 221g.

I will appreciate any inputs.God Bless

first my condolences for your loss , we are at the same situation , to be honest I didn't know what to do .rescheduling means risking with opportunity to get the visa and AP means been in waiting list especially with the embassy they never provide you with any update or at less gives answers they always unavailable ...I don't want go thru this headache again with the embassy ,  we already frustrated with ( COVID19/ TRANSPORTATION/ACCOMODATION/MEDICAL EXAM /NO RESPOND...) I don't want to continue looking for the passport or when we can continue are process ..

Thank you, very nice of you. If it wasn't to my wife loss, I was planing on going on  the "AP" route. I have to wait till she decides what she want us to do.  Prayers for this pandemic to go away. Good Luck to us all insha'Allah.
