also, in case I cant file for vawa regarding that he got medical seperated, (eventho his orders for germany ends 2021) and let the petition getting approved, I dont know what to tell them in the interview.

Should I be honest that he has mental issues and needs to take of himself?

Your initial post reference abuse, older children, blackmail, police and evidence by way of orders etc

If you think the risk of ongoing abuse to yourself or these children and the rights of their father (his consent to leave the country and place them at risk) will not be considered as part of the GC application by the consular officer your sadly mistaken. They will question that and the legitimacy of the relationship you have with your husband at various stages throughout the process..

So questions raised are very valid points... additionally, I’m not sure you are permitted under VJ TOS to tell people what they can or cannot say or that they had better stop.

you put words in my mouth and I dont like that.

I never left a word how hes treating my children nor did I say how he does blackmail, so you should be careful of how you chose your words.

dont put me in the corner of a stupid naive person!

Your words “

i also have proofs for black mail, emotional abuse with screenshots, security forces documents, german police and the provisional order.”

when a parent is abused the children generally are exposed to it, that in itself is another form of abuse..this will mean the children not just you are at risk..

"generelly".

to be honest , I wont resbond to your comments anymore. you are judging and you put your personal view into that case. since I never told you how our life routine looks like, I dont think you have the right to judge me and my motherhood. this is disrespectful and rude. the way how you mess with my post, I bet you are a german.

When you put your personal life in a public forum you have to be prepared for a full range of comments - those who are on your side, those who aren’t, and everything else in between. If that’s something you don’t want to happen, then public forums are not the right platform.

You will need official documentation from your child’s biological father that he approves of them being removed from the country permanently. Unless you already have a court order granting you full and complete custody and/or he has officially relinquished his parental rights. Your children have a right to a relationship with their father and he has a right to a relationship with his children, regardless of what you think of him. You will have to demonstrate this as part of the process. So my question on his feelings about this matter is most definitely a valid one - in fact one of the most important aspect of your case, especially given the behavior of the man you have chosen as their step-father.

And from personal experience, children raised in a house where there is a toxic marriage will suffer. I wouldn’t wish what I experienced as a child on anyone. Seriously, your children deserve so much better. So do you.

and you can respect that I wont discuss my motherhood in a forum.
