Been trying www.slec.gov.ph

Been trying for a few days now.

She will have to fight the crowd as well as all the spouses without an appointment.

What a hassle in a limited time frame to get a spouse from a few hundred miles away to Manila in time for all these appointments. I can't EVEN imagine a spouse coming from down south like in Mindanao.

Learned a few things over the years traveling>>>>>$250 for a private car with driver from Isabela Province to MNL and 10.5 hours.  $48 by bus and 16 hours.  And....$58 each to fly on a new Airbus A320 in 37 minutes.

51 minutes total time with 7 minutes sitting on the tarmac each time coming and going.

The link is actually https://slec.com.ph/

But you're right, she will have to go there without an appointment, as the online registration is unavailable until further notice.

It was a no appointment required process  before covid and SLEC handled it just fine.   My wife flew in from Cebu in the morning,  arrived at the airport at 9am, arrived SLEC at 10:30am, done by 2pm.

YMMV
