@DGF, @Akaur, @Romans13 and @eketros CONGRATS so excited for you!!!! Also staying hopeful that more good news is coming. I did not received a date, and I am DQ Jan 8 (spam email checked as well). Seeing @eketros’ date for Nov 8 gives me hope that there must be more coming.

Wonder if they are switching to weekly emails?

I hope so. Otherwise perhaps it is possible they will do 2 weeks of CR1/IR1 and 2 weeks K1 in any given month. I haven't seen any new first time interviews for K1 yet so maybe they will stop at DQ Jan 6 for us and start K1 for the remaining slots in Novemeber? That would make the backlog much worse, so hopefully they can do them together and keep rescheduling weekly or bi-weekly!!

Also a big congratulations to you all with good news this morning!! 🎉😁

Who is the most reliable domestic carrier at the moment, who will NOT cancel flights? My options are Air Canada and Westjet, from my location. (I am leaning towards Air Canada, due to better time slots.)

Congratulations everyone!!! I'm sooo happy for you all. I had my interview on September 30th and I went through Air Canada from Toronto to Montreal without any delays or issues. I stayed at Renaissance Inn and it was a three min walk to the Consulate. Hope that helps

I just got an interview date! I just received the email, at 2:10am Eastern Time! My interview is November 9th. I was DQ'd Jan 6th. I did NOT have an interview date before COVID - they've started scheduling new interviews!!! :)

I was DQ'd in March, but at least this gives me hope lol.

I got it from NVC but when I tried registering it said not ready for an interview? Even though I’m looking at my interview date and time. @DGF did you experience this problem too?

How long did it typically take for them to schedule a whole month of interviews before?

Before Corona, they would send all the emails over the course of a day or two for the whole next month.

Amazing! Does your CEAC status show as At Montreal now? Or still at NVC
