I'm not sure if it's required but it does look like they want to see one so we're going to bring one. Too many unknowns right now to risk it!

Our DQ dates are so close we might be on the same day! It would be nice to have another person from VJ in the socially distanced waiting room 😂

I have my original one printed and in my husbands binder.. nothing has changed since then. Just need to upload the 2019 tax and new police report as soon as we get the date.

I hope they finish up today and send out dates to nvc today and send them to us. That would be an ideal situation lol

I doubt we will here anything before October 12-14. If we are to hear anything for November I think it will most likely be in two weeks.

I just want this period of not knowing to be over haha. I thought I wouldn't be stressed about it until we got to the 13th/14th, but bam, October hit and I'm already having stress dreams about my interview being scheduled in Guatemala (why??) on Canadian Thanksgiving 😂 I think the fact that March ILs went out way earlier than normal adds a "what if" to the usual 3rd week of the month pattern and it's so hard to not feel like it could be any day now!

We can only base our assumptions on previous data but ya this is not a normal month. Nothing during this has been normal. So the reality is I wouldn't be surprised if we heard today. I also won't be if we hear when it would have normally been scheduled for a next month. I'm just trying to not be obsessed with checking it.

Has anybody looked into driving your car across USA border and bringing with you?  My husband is planning on driving his across tomorrow and wondering what specific documents he needs.? I have looked on several websites. His vehicle is a Volkswagen Jetta and has the sticker under the hood that says it is similar to USA made Jettas. Anyone have any experience with this?

One thing about this process that I’m now realising is that the obsessing never ends. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I used to be obsessed with checking my emails for my NOA2, then for my NVC case number, then for DQ, then for IL... you get the picture. It got even worse this summer just waiting for things to start moving again. I had such a hard time focusing on anything else.

So anyway, I thought I’d relax once I was told I was approved, but then yesterday I was still worried about my visa not actually being issued. Now that it’s in the final processing I keep checking for the tracking number 🙃 it just drives you nuts. Well it depends on your personality type too, my husband has been pretty chill through the past 2.5 years but I’m just an obsessive person lol.
