Cross posting that via (removed) this morning a K1 with an original interview date of March 18, was reschedule to October 19. This may factor into our guesses on when "at NVC" spousal visas might be requested by Montreal.

I thought we would get for November with at nvc. But I’m kinda worried now considering oct 19 is closer to end of month and they still got half of March and all of April interviews to complete. Ughhhh and November is full of holidays.

Hello!! I am beyond excited and so relieved this part of the journey is done! The whole process was easy upon arrival. Everyone was kind and professional. My questions were minimal (most likely given evidence submitted prior and how long I have been married too and with my husband for) the whole time literally took me 1 hour from arrival to leaving. .. best wishes to everyone else!! ❤️

Congratulations!! Amazone news!

Our cancellations were rescheduled over a period of 4 weeks and cover 7 weeks.

MTL started the K1 today, and with a parallel rescheduling it's likely new IR/CR1 interview letters will hit in Nov...

My Wife's medical results did not come in time. Sigh. Everything else is good. But I hate how the agent said it shouldn't be too long. We all know it will be. Pretty sure they will drag this out till the Police certificate is expired then add more time asking for that.

I'm just defeated at this point. The Dr. said they send everything electronically but who knows at this point.

That’s so far 😫 I know it’s not really. I’m just tired, I started the process in August 2018 and still waiting. I’m just sad to see people who started after me getting there interview date just because uscis messed up our case and caused delays. It’s suck as my husband had to stop working beginning of September as his canadian student visa expired. And Montréal refused to expedite  because they say it won’t be long before we get an interview... well it’s long...

On that note @Tbeck congrats! I’m glad to hear you are done with this part :)

I’m sorry to hear that! But at least everything else is approved right? Did the clinic tell you when you’d get your results? I’m sure it won’t be too long before you get your package, especially if they send it the medical exam results electronically.

They said by the end of the week. But the embassy probably won't even look at anything regardless of when they receive it. If it's late it's late. they work like a monopoly.

Thank you for the positive vibes.
