It usually takes some time before you can "register" your appointment online, right?

I would assume so, for me it's still say not ready for appointment even if my case is in transit to MTL. I'll try again later then.

I believe so. I haven’t tried yet. Can anyone who has already had their interview tell us what the next steps are after receiving an interview date? When can you register your appt?

Booked the medical with Dr. Mascarenhas for tomorrow. The interview is a little more than 2 weeks away for us. Not sure we will get the medical results in time. Any one else been in this situation?

Hi All- Just got my Interview Letter.

Interview set for December 30 at 9:30am. I was DQ'd on March 16.

Amazing! I DQ'd March 24th so it looks like we know roughly where there cutoff on dates was.

Congratulations!

I re-did my medical exam there on Oct 26 and got the results on Nov 2. They sent the results directly to the consulate and also asked you to come to pick up a copy of the results.

Awesome thank you! Were they sent electronically to the embassy?

Whoa! This is all great news! I might have to look at rescheduling my flight back to Canada sooner. My flight is December 19th leaving for the u.s,  and my return flight is on April 3rd. DQ is June 2nd.
Guess we’ll wait and see what December brings in terms of new ILs. Considering there seemed to be very few DQs in March and April, next IL batch might be similar.

Are they scheduling more interviews than usual ? I noticed that someone DQed in February even had an interview wow ! It gives hope to us that have just been DQed

About 27 VJ members were DQ’d and waiting since January, February and March. They’re scheduling March as well.  🥳
