Hello VJ!
I just filed my AOS application today. Once received, and if all goes well, what should I be expecting within the next we months? (Besides a lot of waiting). I am just unsure of the next steps in the process or what to expect.

thank you!

Honestly, there is not much to do besides waiting.  Biometrics will come up at some point after the application is accepted.  Beyond that, just keep accumulating evidence of your marriage.

Good Luck!

Awesome! Thank you.  The biometrics appointment, they will notify me when to do so? Where is this usually done?

Also the medical exam, should I wait to do this? Just collect my history of vaccines at this point?

Yes, they will send you a notice of the biometrics appointment along with an address.  As to the I693 medical exam, what visa re you adjusting from?

In that case, I would keep an eye on the processing times for your local office and plan for your medical exam nearer to that timeframe.
