Just to leave a data point here. My status changes to Actively reviewing today and there is an approval letter attaches to it so I assume my case has been approved in the USCIS stage.

Wow congratulations, I’m worried it seems like all September filer got approved. My case is still waiting for approval.

We're still waiting also.    Our case was filed at the Texas Service Center, but supposedly moved to the Nebraska Service Center.   Our attorney has been making gentle inquiries about our case, but still nothing has happened.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Canada
Timeline

NOA1 - September 18, 2020. Actively reviewing August 10, 2021, NOA2 August 11, 2021! I know it's still a long waiting game but this certainly provides encouragement and hope. I don't know what service centre it was processed at - NOA1 said Texas, case status online said Nebraska, Ask Emma said Nebraska, online case enquiry past normal processing time said Potomac.. guess I don't care now. Best of luck to all still waiting, hope is near.

Ah, it says Potomac Service Center on the bottom of the NOA2 letter.  Glad it didn't take the 13.5-17.5 months the case processing times are saying now.
