Our PD is September 18, 2020 and nothing yet. Hard copy receipt letter said Texas SC, online case status says we're at Nebraska SC and the recent response to our follow-up enquiry was that we're within normal processing time for Potomac. Exasperated but trying to remain patient, that's all we can really do.

Yes ... goodluck for the both of us !!

C'mon Nebraska/Texas PD September 2020 what's going on?

The NOA1 letter says Texas! PD SEPT 22

The USCIS online track says Nebraska PD SEPT 17 so I'm tracking both service center!

Did you put in a case enquiry for outside of normal processing time for Nebraska?  Ours said the same as yours - Texas/Nebraska and the case enquiry came back with Potomac. I don't know where to track any longer.

It is usually the paper one. If you are still not sure, ask Emma and confirm that way. At least for me, it is the Receipt one.

Ask Emma was a disappointment for us. Agent's response was, "if online says Nebraska then it's Nebraska", obviously not putting in any effort to actually look it up.  I'm quite sure they're all overworked but a little customer service goes a long way.

I think it must be Patomac.  Sorry.

Yes, mine. However, my AOS is from B-2.  It changed to actively reviewing immediately after the bio Friday. She wasn't even back to the car yet. PD 16Sep20.
