Ah snap I just realized that your I-130 is at a different service center. Mine is at Nebraska, but I do see late August/September filers getting NOA2's there as well, so I'm still hoping for a NOA2 in the next couple of weeks.

Rami, please go back and check.   I did reply and I believe I answered your question.  Please do not act like others in this thread are responsible or obligated for your questions.  We are all trying to support and help everybody and your question was answered to the best of our ability.   If it was not answered to your satisfaction I am sorry but we are not lawyers.   If you don’t like the answer you are welcome to go get a lawyer.  We are all new to this whole process and by the looks of your timeline you have been doing this much longer than any of us.

Mine too...🤔 but I’m not sure why...You are also with Nebraska who seems to be super fast atm... I haven’t heard back from USCIS since my status updated on Dec 23rd

Yeah, to top it off: a timeline I am following, because they filed from the Netherlands and their NOA1 was 3 days after ours, just updated their timeline, stating their NOA2 came on December 23rd.

 

makes you wonder what weird unorganized system the USCIS uses...

That’s so odd...i don’t get how some people can be waiting for months longer than others filing after 🤔 I have a good feeling though 💕🤞
