Awesome news....

Is your date still the same (Jul/Aug)?

Yeah :) I won't be updating my timeline until I either get an RFE or NOA2

Mine is Nebraska and estimate approval date was changed from May to March 2021. But actually I am wondering, based on VJ'ers experience, how this estimation date vs actual? Is it accurate enough or sometimes it's far off? And is the date meaning approval after the interview or just USCIS approval before we continue to NVS?

AFAIK the estimate accuracy greatly depends on VJers creating and updating their timelines as they progress...On the approval meaning I think it's estimating the time that the I-130 will be approved and not including the next steps (NV, embassy etc)

Hello Everyone,

My husband and I submitted out i130 and i130a online September 28th. We got our NOA1 September 29th that shows Potomac on the hard copy. Our case status though says we are being processed in Nebraska. My husband is a Canadian. Pleasure to meet you all and go through this all together!

Welcome to the club! Looks like we are in the same Potomac(my hardcopy) vs Nebraska(my online case status) boat :P

the USCIS system i guess

it says beneficiary: MARIA NOT APPLICABLE GOMEZ

so i just wanted to know if any of you filled the middle name space with Not applicable to and if the receipt come in like that

I'm pretty certain that they know NOT APPLICABLE is not a name...

They might  have added as a precaution  to avoid fraud, or so it's not blank...

I wouldn't worry too much, if u don't have a middle name, you don't have a middle name....

Hi Guys,

Here is the update on my case. We paper-filed the petition on Sep 18th, got the NOA1 after a week and recently got the another receipt with Online access code to add case to myuscis account. After adding the case to the account, I noticed they only uploaded just hand full of pages from evidence of bonafide relation to the account. We provided them with a whole call history so far, 100+ pages of chats (Test/Whatsapp), a lot of pictures, details of trip together (boarding passes, pictures, bookings, other receipts etc.), Wedding pictures, wedding invitations, financial docs and many other things.

If anyone of you also paper-filed the petition, can you please share what docs they have attached to your case when you go to myuscis account.

Please suggest what I should do now. Should I add more documents as there is option to upload additional docs or should I wait for the NVC stage to add more evidence?

As it is just under a month of case being submitted, what are your suggestions guys?

Your response will be highly appreciated.

I filed I-130 for my wife who is overseas and my PD is September 8,2020. I filed paper application but received IOR receipt numberI received NOA1 on September 15.  Also received a letter to setup USCIS Account.

My case has touch twice when I checked. First time on September 30 and then again on October 2nd. But when I check the documents uploaded on my account, I only see pictures, I-130A form, marriage invitation. I don't see all the other documents uploaded.

Hoping we all go through this fast. Let's keep each other updated. Good luck everyone.

Welcome to the club 👋 sounds like my situation too - paper filed with documents and only photo evidence uploaded.
