Passport name issue

Timeline

My case is in nvc ,my full name is samiullah no name given or middel name ,in all documents my name is mention samiullah ,but in passport sami and thn ullah ,will this be an issue,if yes then how can uscis approved my case without rfe

Does the USCIS even need to see your passport?

Your Visa and all related documents will be shown the same way as your passport name. So if you want your name to be correct change it now. 

 

I also remove the attachment. As you can never be too safe with personal information.

I don't think a definite answer is available on this.  You wait and see.  Either way, get your passport corrected.  If your government says it is already correct, then amend your DS260 during the interview, so matches your passport.

This is problem. Get it corrected.get your passport corrected it is possible and easy way. Also check ds 260 on your case portal.
