Can I start a business with a job visa?

My current visa status is E-1, expecting to get approved to E-2 soon. I live with my fiance, he has got his E-2 visa last year. I was expecting my visa approval by next month, but the pandemic has ruined everything, now it is delayed indefinitely. The thing is we were planning to start our own business, a startup customer service outsourcing company. I'm an IT professional with 5 years of experience, so wanted to register the business in my name, but how can I do all that with an E-1 visa, is that possible?
I can't get back from this business plan as I already booked some business software and paid an advance amount. I purchased dock 365's SharePoint help desk software and paid the full amount and they will be delivering the product soon. Apart from my visa process, this too has become a headache, so I would also like to have a solution for that too! Can I reverse this purchase, is there any option for that?
I am on my notice period at my work, if I couldn't get my visa approval, we are going to face a tragic financial crisis!
Can anyone have an idea on how to faster my visa approval? I am going through the worst phase of my life, badly need your help.
Thanks.

Presumably you are an EI employee and are looking to an E2 investor, first person to talk to is the Lawyer handling your E2.

My first thought is if it is an online business can you not operate in your home country?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Premium Processing is available. You can get your answer pretty quickly you just have to pay for it

This is true only if the E2 being sought is the immigrant E2 and not the non-immigrant E-2 treaty investor visa.  It's unclear what E2 she us seeking and what E2 her fiancee received.

What is clear is that she cannot start-up and run a business if her current status is with an E1 treaty trader company.

Not sure what you mean. I had my E2 Treaty Investor Visa premium processed
