So I had a argument with a USC who is supposedly stuck in Pinas and is trying to tell people that the embassy is closed and will not help him at all. After talking with him and showing him the evidence I have gotten he was still trying to tell me that that the embassy was closed for emergency travel documents and CRBA. Does anybody know what is happening with the USEM right now for USCs?

Have you seen any American Scammers in the Manila area?  They tend to have the same story, their gf kicked them out and called police on them and now they have no money, and will come up and tell their hard luck story and try to solicit so money.

For some reason they tend to find me especially if you are staying in the Ermita area.

Yeah he sent me back a couple comments saying stuff like this:

No. There is no CRBA. Also, it's illegal for anyone under 23 to be outside. Also, the embassy is closed. Also, I have no money. I want to know what we are supposed to do for food, shelter, arrest warrants here, passports, plane tickets.

Anything. Surely "just die" is not the only option for millions of Americans abroad?

Why would I need to travel to the US? No, they are no open. You do not know for a fact. They said they are closed. Also, martial law means no going out. Also, no one at all under 23 is allowed anywhere. No one in my family needs a travel document. No we cannot go out to work. And no, children are not allowed to the embassy. No one is.

I really don't know if he is looking for money or he is a troll but he pissed me off so bad that I said he should have though about all this stuff before he moved to the Philippines, and that he is the type of person that makes the rest of us Kanos look bad.

Lol at him expecting to be provided for in a foreign country. It seems they offered him proper assistance/options, however he wasn't successful into grifting $$$.  In dangerous situations, repatriation is usually the best solution.

I know this is going to make some people angry but I have encountered several people that should have never left home. They think that they can live for nothing in countries like the Philippines. A lot of the time that isn't true. It just isn't possible to live like a local.

Finally done...

Plenty of foreign bum-cicles there)))) That is not even mentioning the many Youtube e-beggars that live off other people's donations under the guise of practicing charity for the local population. I'm going to stop now befor my blood pressure rises))
