Hello! I would like to know if there are healthcare professionals here planning to take NCLEX in the US but under family-based petition? Or those who are already licensed.

I want to clarify the part in DS 260. Attached is the screenshot below. If there's anyone in this forum who can help, your thoughts are highly appreciated. Thank you!

Kabayan, I think this is an advantage in your part if you answer YES into this question.  If you are working as a Nurse in the Philippines, you are a potential Frontliner here in the US, they need more Health Care workers right now....

Thank you po! I find this question confusing somehow, but I also asked someone (a dentist) and they suggested to answer YES. I answered YES and just put an explanation.

You are most welcome, one of my daughters is working as a Nurse here in the US, and I am telling you that they need more health care provider right now....  And my second daughter is almost in the same process as yours, an F2B category, although her priority date is still in September 2015, all fees and documents were all submitted to NVC already.... Good luck to your journey...

Thank you! I was also informed by a certain group with the same situation and they will try to consult with an immigration lawyer to see if they can help us with our case since there's a ban for us F2B... thinking our case will be considered as a National Interest Exemption.
