Can the Petioner and benificiary fill out a I-134 Affidavit of Support?

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Petioner and benificiary are allowed and qualify to fill out a I-134 Affidavit of Support?

I know I qualify and make enough money for my family (way above poverty line treshold ) but I dont want to risk it since I dont have tax returns for last 2004 to 2006 nor paysutbs since I was living abroad during that time (more info on my ther post)

The beneficiary is not likely going to be able to work in the USA for a while - that's why they need someong to sponsor them.

In the event that your beneficiary is either well enough off to support herself in the USA without a job or has a job firmly lined up to begin on arrival then she doesn't need a sponsor.

Either way, it's a meaningless question. And read your other thread with regard to the tax returns.
