I don't see a single shred of "evidence" presented, just supposed statements of others feelings, "I talked to someone who talked to others who think".. where have I seen this before in "whistleblower" complaints lately?

There's nothing whatsoever to consider being true without proof, her feelings on the matter, such as likening it to the Holocaust's "concentration camps", are entirely irrelevant.

Of course it is taking off given our Leftist activist media.  They will do anything to hammer a narrative with no evidence if it makes Trump look bad.

But what if there turns out to be evidence? What if it turns out to be true? Shouldn't an investigation be opened (I believe one has been now)? These are serious allegations.

Our country has a sad history of forced sterilization. I sincerely hope the allegations are false.

So what if there is evidence that Joe Biden is a pedophile?  What if that is true?  Sounds like Harry Reid.  Anyway, when I see things like this “Everybody he sees has a hysterectomy — just about everybody,”  I scratch my head a little.  Regardless, this needs to be investigated accordingly, and not treated as a political football.

I completely agree it should not be a matter of politics -- it's a matter of common decency, of respect for people to make their own decisions about their medical care. Serious allegations need serious proof. There's a real difference between a nurse inside a facility making a whistleblower complaint (and other complaints have also been made to the facility itself) and people "feeling" there's something wrong about Biden and children. I think we can agree on that too. If a credible allegation came up about Biden on that basis, I would want to see it investigated properly. I continue to be disappointed that the Tara Reade story hasn't come to any real conclusion one way or the other.

Based on what I am seeing this LPN has no first hand knowledge, and everything is hearsay.  Isn't Project South a political activist organization?  It seems that it will only be a political topic which is probably the reason the activist media was alerted.  As to Biden, what if it was someone who knew someone who is an insider?  Would that make it any credible?  It seems that hearsay gossip and anonymous sources are taken as fact now days.

Simple answer -- no. Sure, the allegations are serious (which would be damning to any chain of authority authorizing this), but we've been down this road before in recent times about fraudulent claims just to keep them in the news cycle.

A history of A, while useful when it comes to personal trust in A, is not evidence of B. Horrific fallacy.

"What if there's evidence?" isn't a just cause in wasting government resources, evidence should already be there, rather than claims. Furthermore, the statements this person makes are just moronic:

∙ “everybody’s uterus cannot be that bad”

∙ “He’s the uterus collector.

∙ “Everybody he sees has a hysterectomy — just about everybody. He’s even taken out the wrong ovary on a young lady [detained immigrant woman],”

∙ "I thought this was like an experimental concentration camp"

I can't see incendiary statements passing muster for how seriously investigating this should be pursued, especially in light of the response from ICE, the random inspections, approval procedures, etc.

We also know those involved already in pushing this investigation have a severe animus toward ICE or are fundraising off demographic based animus. Until evidence is presented this is basically like the "believe her" campaign.. no thanks.

Without a proper investigation, there can be little evidence. You don't need to have all your evidence organized to file a complaint in court -- you just have to have a good faith basis to make the claims you're making. And this isn't even a court so?

We need to find out if there is evidence to support the allegations, no disagreeing with that. That's how court cases proceed, that what discovery is for. I learned enough working in my dad's law office during summer vacations and talking around the dinner table to know that you need to support your allegations with evidence, but you do not need a slam dunk before you file a complaint. You can make allegations on information and belief. This is this nurse's information and belief. If all the evidence and was organized before a complaint was filed, that would be awesome but that's not how the real world works, and there would be no need for discovery. Sometimes the evidence lies outside of your control and you need the other side to hand it over to prove your allegations.

I'm thinking she is the opposite of what Layla is referring to?

It all rolls into the eugenics movement in the US in the late 1800's, early 1900's.  She, along with several others were strong proponents of eugenics.  I know it is Wikipedia, but there is a lot of information.
