Hello!

My fiancé and I are currently figuring out how/when we want to get married and how to go through the visa process (we will most likely be sending in the I-129f for a fiancé visa soon). In the meantime she has a tourist visa that she can use to travel to the U.S. with me or to see me. She recently signed a contract to rent an apartment in Mexico while we wait our process, is the rental agreement something that would be useful for her to show when she's entering the U.S. if immigration officers give her trouble once they know she has an American fiancé?

If yes, should we get an official translation of the contract to english ?

Thank you!

I don't think it needs to be 'official,' but you could translate it yourselves.

Does she have a job?  Showing evidence of the expectation to return to work (employer letter, with dates) is another good thing to take.
