I realize that no one really knows, but how long do you THINK the wait will be for interview CR1 and CR2s, when Manila finally opens?  My expected approval on my I130 keeps getting longer and longer.  It is now at March 28, 2021

considering there is essentially 6 months and growing of very little interview activity,  its going to take many months for them to work through the backlog once routine services resume

YMMV
