I agree 100%.  200,000+ dead and every civilized country on the planet closing their doors to us is a f-up on an epic scale.

Trump worship to someone else.  I’ve never pushed a blue button in my life but as far as I’m concerned the tree of trumpism needs to be ripped out and the ground thoroughly salted behind it.  You wanna sniff t’RUMP after this you’ll be needing to head to the petri dish of Florida to do it.  Texas didn’t select that idiot in the primaries to begin with, and we were right.

We good?  LOL

Do you really think that if Hillary had been elected, that the covid death rate would have been any different?

I seem to recall Texas strongly voting for Trump in 2016, hasn't been a swing state in my lifetime.  Let's see what happens this year, eh?

It’s swung in mine.  Dude named Clayton Williams embarrassed us one time.  This is worse.  Turned on that dude like sharks on a bleeding fish. We’re sick of Trump down here.

52.2% against Hillary isn’t really uuuuuge either.  Anyone but Trump would have smoked her here.  Like Romney did (57%) when he smoked Obama.

If they’re running even in Texas he’s a melted snowball in real swing states.  He’s done.  Pack up the facebook conspiracy theories, the voodoo medicine, the community spit-coating, and prepare to find another hobby.

Good luck with that.  You're literally the first person from Texas whom I have heard say such.  You must live in or near Houston, which explains your confusion.

You must have missed the primaries then LOL

He was never liked.  Believe he got about 24% of the Republican vote.  Not exactly a mandate LOL.

Texan my whole life.  I didn't vote for Trump last time (Evan McMullin got my vote) but I'm voting Trump this time.  Personally, I can't stand Trump, but I agree with most things he's done in his four years.  And I can't vote for Biden after he picked Harris.  And I definitely wouldn't want to see the country run like the Democrat led cities right now.

IMO, COVID crushed the US not because of Trump but because of us, the citizens.  There is a large group of us that, if we're told to do something, we're going to rebel and do the opposite.  The people that refuse to wear masks would refuse no matter who was President.  It's just part of the American culture, I guess.  We achieve great things when people say it can't be done; but we also do stupid things because people tell us we have to.  It's who we are.

“Rebelling” gained you nothing but the ire of your neighbors and cast aside the work of two generations of solid, honest, responsible Texas Republicans.

We should have stood up and we should have been examples of how to deal with this.  Instead, we got snuffed in Asia and our whole country looks weak, sick, and foolish.  Nobody has led us to the bottom as efficiently as Trump has and it is our hard work, not Trump and his grifters, who built up our economy.  It was booming when he took office and it will be booming after he leaves.

Layoffs today:  Marathon and Shell.  Cutting deep.  Where’s that recovery?  LOL

So true.. and even if people aren't the type to consider the depth and pervasiveness of corruption in these establishments and would prefer to keep things as simple as possible, surely they'd quickly see something wrong with the "unified" media voice, neoconservatives that were given the boot jumping to Democrats (comically abandoning their fraudulent "conservative" values all to get Trump), all the trashy stuff people didn't want in the last election lining up against Trump even more-so. Nothing would be better than a big middle finger to them and giving Trump an even larger victory than last time. Let's go 350+ EC votes.
