It may be annoying, but whichever way you may want to spin this, politics affect your life and mine in more ways than one. And again, who you vote for now will affect the immigration climate the next 4 years and beyond. Whoever comes in will shape policies which will affect you and i as immigrants, and potential beneficiaries in future. So yes, politics affect policy and it is a valid discussion

I have no problem debating politics lol, I am actively involved in it actually. But taking threads off topic to talk about it is not the place to do it and is against the terms of service.

It would be foolish to vote for a person purely for immigration benefit based on just one of their policies.. you need to consider the overall impact of all of their policies vs the type of lifestyle you prefer for You and your spouse in the future..

100% agree. I would not give my vote purely based on immigration policies.

Well that depends on how the us economy  will be doing

Are people that naive to think that the 1st and 2nd ban was about the economy to begin with? I think folks should open their eyes.

As of right now ban expires December 31, 2020.   The November election may or may effect that.

The Presidential Proclamations cover much more than Family of LPRs and work visas.
