Looks like mission critical is only for Doctors and certain working groups. People claiming its for all citizen have any comments on above?

Mission critical is for CR1 /IR1. It’s not only for doctors and certain working groups. If you could please read it carefully.

Oh okay I reread it so it means there is an exception for IR/CR1, IR/CR2, IR/IH-3, IR/IH-4, SQ, SI, along with medical professionals, and certain aliens providing temporary labor or services essential to the United States food supply chain , etc

Hey folks,

Please don't have any false hope. I have conversation with NVC they are only dealing with the critical cases of ir1 cr1 visa. Not for all normal ir1 cr1 visa. They are saying indian embassy not allowing to open the regular interviews but indian embassy saying nvc is not giving the interviews. Its a vice versa. So my NoA is on 10 jan. 2019 and Dq is on 22nd may 2020. When people say they are working on normal cases too then it makes a hope but when we know the actual thing it hurts. So please  share the knowlegde with some base. Its a humble request to all.

I just had a words with NVC and they said to me , in Mumbai they already started the interviews for all CR1/IR1 cases.

When I spoke with NVC and embessy they said the same thing that @Amritdhanoa is stating. Thats why I have been asking again and again for clarification because its been stated on this site many times that representative on call at the embessy do not have knowledge of what is going on. Moreover I haven't noticed any non expedited citizens spouse interview being scheduled in my research on tweeter, facebook, other sites like visa journey. I believe who cares to put a comment on any site when there interview is scheduled as well. So this is really hurting and confusing when the hopes are broken. Thank you all

no offense to some of you but damn, this sort of negative ### outlook in life will lead to many problems. COVID HAPPENED WE ALL KNOW THIS. MAN UP. I dont believe the data in nvc or embessy is stored with @ user

.If you see the data how this report is generated it dont make any sense. Can you please explain how this data is being received? . Now, coming to you  @mo93  I am positive but if someone shares information info which contradicts with my information I would like to clear my doubts to stay up to date.  I thought that was the purpose of this website. So no offense but I like to know real facts rather living in lala land. And really if I didnt had hopes that something going on regarding the cases I wouldn't be on this site.

Guys, guys take a step back. If you call NVC or Mumbai embassy, they always say nothing is happening. 

 

My cousin's DQ was end of Jan (no special case) normal processing, and he got interview for Nov 2nd week. 

 

SO THEY ARE PROCESSING IR/CR1 VISAS

 

My DQ is in May

This is what US travel Docs updated in India on September 8th. So no more confusion on this.

but to repeatedly ask again and again and again " are they processing, no my cousin's kid's wife's sister said they are not", a certain level of trust if required. if people are saying they are being processed and they have spoken to officers why keep asking them? no one wants to live in lala land, but we need to face some hard facts in this group. because of covid we won't be seeing our spouses in the normal timeline. the great india was never built to stand covid and these idiots at the consulate just needed some excuse to stop working. Since September people have been saying here and on twitter that they are getting interviews. I've spoken to the consulate, they are processing cases, these ####### like saying it's "mission critical" to sound like their doing some great service, but they are processing. a lot of posts here are saying "once people get interviews they are not updating", then brother you update once you get yours. every other community on this site shares info readily but the indian community. lets try changing this.
