i couldnt schedule it

how are u saying u did biometrics already

I already completed my biometrics and medical at chennai end of March. My consulate interview was scheduled for april 15th when it got cancelled. I just called them and they said there is a glitch in the system for people that completed biometrics and hence not able to schedule online. They forwarded my issue to their technical team and said will fix it by end of day.... hope that is true!!!

In the cancellation/reschedule email from the Embassy, it says: Log in to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in to schedule two appointments under All Immigrant or Diversity Visas: one appointment for biometric fingerprint and photo collection at the Visa Application Center (VAC) and one appointment at the Consulate. You may need to create a user account if you do not have one already

If you notice it says "All Immigrant or Diversity Visas" not "Embassy and Consulate Appointments." So I am confused as to which one to select.

I have completed biometrics/photos already as well.

Guys, while I await my PCC I thought I'd upload the other civil docs - it says under the optional documents section that 'your embassy may require additional documents and if so, upload them here' - was there any additional docs that Mumbai embassy is asking for? In my required docs list there are: birth cert, marriage cert, photographs, passport bio page and pcc. Is there anything else needed?

Thanks in advance and good luck!
