You need permission from the owner of that sheet, it looks like the sheet from the telegram group copy pasted by one of the members without permission.  Look for the telegram group if you want up to date information and other advice.  I don't know how to join it and I feel like this topic is good enough for information, combined with the timeline.

FYI,  don't try too many times. otherwise, they will lock your account for 72 hours. My account was locked for trying too many times.

Dang you still did not find any appointment?  I was thinking it was going to be easy as the medical appointment.  Did you try booking it in Mumbai or another state near you?

Call Consulate customer service they will help you to get the dates. It’s there responsibility and they are here for you to find available appointments

There is a link for feedback, you can write to them for an appointment in Chennai, they will open the slot for you in 1-2 days. That’s how I was able to get it.
