They asked my wife who is petitioner? My job? and how we met... thats all and said congrats you are approved. My wife was surprised the consular didn't ask for pictures or anything else. My wife spoke to few others at the interview they said they were being drilled for 30 minutes. I am so happy it was really Gods grace. Anyways good luck on your interview.

thank you! best wishes with the whole move and starting life together

Hi Alex99,

thank you for sharing the info

can you pls share if you have any idea on any rules for quarantine for passengers travelling from Karnataka to Mumbai. Since I didn’t see Karnataka being mentioned. Pls help.

Hi Alex99,

thankyou for sharing this info, do you have any idea for passengers from Karnataka to Mumbai requiring quarantine pls help.

Spoke to Mumbai airport officials and they said, if the person has a negative RT-PCR test result then no quarantine is required.

Hey, did they provide details on what documents are required when you received your email for the interview?  When I called NVC they said that information will be provided I just wanted to make sure.

You have to go to Mohali. Max super speciality hospital. Get an appointment and have it done there.

Hi my wife had all documents and copies of everything she even had photo album our lawyer prepared all documents that was needed. It’s up to the counselor what they want to see hopefully you get a nice person that interviews you. Luckily and surprisingly they didn’t ask to see anything only asked few questions and was approved..but each case can be different so just be prepared have all documents and copies .. practice questions what they can ask..etc most importantly stay confident. Anyways good luck
