What is the meaning of OFC appointment on the website? 

 

I am trying to schedule the biometric but on the  website it says OFC appointments and interview location. What should I pick for that as we are from the north side and New Delhi is closest to us but our regular interview has been scheduled in Mumbai. 

Please help on this

Ok.. but I am confused on what to put as my state of residence?

I used to live in mumbai and now am in Hyderabad

 

After that it says I am booking for a IV visa? But I'm not ...

I'm trying to book for biometrics.

Your DQ was in JULY? Not JUNE?

Yes it will say IV visa but it will allow you to book only biometrics as interview is already pre-scheduled by the NVC and consulate.

About your state of residence it depends I guess on what you've written in your forms on the NVC website. (not sure about this, if someone can help you with this, it would be great)

In my opinion, OFC appt is your biometric appt. This appt will be in the city you reside and your interview appt will be in Mumbai.
