Yes. NVC sent me the IL on 3 different email addresses (my email , my wife's and my lawyer's). And now i cannot even select a date as it says you have tried too many times. so i guess i will have to wait for 24 hours to try and find a date that works. I am still going to call VAC and see what they say.

What  I meant was should we have already done biometrics  before interview letter.

I don't think so. Biometrics are valid for only 6 months. as per the letter from NVC, we need to get biometrics done only after receiving the IL.

Where are you able to see the VAC's address and contact info? I'll give the one in chennai a call too so they feel like many people are experiencing this issue

also can't someone just go to the VAC directly and ask them what to do in this situation? I'm pretty sure there is some misunderstanding here with the time slot availability

I don’t think so mine is may 15 DQ but didn’t get my IL yet, did u receive in mail or email.

Hye,

The people till 19th may got the iL. But not complete date of 19th. Some remains. One of my friend did'nt got the mail. His dq 15th may. So the people who did'nt get this month will get in next batch.

Hi if you don’t mind do you know why they missed certain dates as I thought to give a call to consulate, been waiting very long n disappointing when you don’t get it on your turn, pls share if you have any idea, thank you.

Its upto NvC only. Don't know why they harass the people. My dq is 22nd may. Anyhow u can call to the nvc to get any update. But as always they just give stupid excuse. Have to wait till next month. But dont worry like , if you get this moth on 23 feb. And the next u will by 1 to 2nd march. Dont worry. I know i am also waiting from 2 years and 2 days. So our painful journey will end soon.
