No this is not correct. When you look for information open your eyes and look for the correct date and then tell people about it. Don’t spread wrong dates and panic people. 
People got IL for IR/CR1 till April 15th. April 22nd one is F2A. That is one of the plaintiffs from Young vs Trump.

Based on the current rate, it might take another 5 months to get your interview letter. But it all depends. They might speed up to clear the backlogs and you may get it earlier than that.

No , there will be no issue on CR1 and IR1 cases.

What got banned ? Which visa (‘s) ? Can anybody share some knowledge on what categories got banned in that extension ?? Please

I think its all same visas categories that banned before except CR1/IR1.

It’s the same ban trump administration had issued till dec 31 , now it’s extended till March 31. But mission critical ( CR1/IR1) interviews are still going on.

Yes we are still exempt from filing it, but immigrants are required to have health insurance when they enter the US. I don't know more details about it now.
