I saw some F2A also getting interviews , what I am not sure is whether they are giving to only spouses and children or anyone else ?

I didn't see a single IR5 category getting interview date unless I missed something. I guess only spouses and children are getting interviews now

IR5 is still banned. They wont be processed until after 31st December

Those f2a are plaintiffs in Young V Trump lawsuit. So those people got interviews.

I think the reason it has moved till April DQ and some even July DQ dates is other categories banned. I am waiting for IR5 July DQ and even if ban is not extended after 31st, i believe it might be several months before they get to July DQ, especially they aren't processing at regular speed.

thats correct. but no one form ir/cr are July dq. there were 28 plaintiffs from India who participated in young v trump lawsuit and won.

so those 28 will get interview letter first. and thats why you see july dq getting interview letters.
