3-4 common questions, didn't ask for pics or anything

Great.
Did you submit chat history, call logs, pics, any other related
docs etc.. before at NVC or USCIS?

Also, did you choose Interview in English?

Thanks in advance

Alex 99 - did not submit any pics or chat history or anything other than usual documents such as birth certificate, pic,  tax return, w-2, recent pay slips, etc..

Documents:

Visa Appointment Letter

Biometric Appointment Letter

DS-260

Passport

Passport Photos

PCC

Marriage Certificate

Birth Certificate

Medical Appointment Document

I-864 Copy and related w-2, tax transcript, pay slip last few

mix of 25 wedding, honeymoon pics, and honeymoon hotel and air booking

10 pages of WhatsApp screenshot last 3 month, 5 pages of recent call history

I kept it light and on point and not feel overburdened. some people carried albums and 300-400 page of history so. good luck

Wish more of them would share their experience.  Based on the few I saw, people simply forgot to bring simple evidence or there was an age gap that made them suspicious.  The most common one was probably not having the requested documents.

Hi. My DQ was first week of September 2020. I still haven't received any email regarding interview. I was reading here of some people getting interviews with dq in sep 2020.  I have received previous correspondence in the same email address from NVC before. So, little chance I missed the email. Any updates on what month DQ they are giving interviews to now.  Thank you.

Most people are getting their interview for October dq this month, you should have received something last month.  Check nvc if there are any messages regarding your case and finally check with the consulate to find out why you haven't received it.

Hi, sending this msg in hopes it helps someone from the future haha, so there was a comment back that said how to book biometrics in chennai for cr1/ir1 visa. It worked for me, i will explain again.

After you get to the page where it says "no appointment available", on the left side it says submit feedback, click and fill that out. Tell them you want to book biometrics appointment in X where X is the city, and you are not able to and have your interview soon. Submit it. you will get en email with case id, now check again in one day/2 days you will see slots open. I submitted last night Central US time 9pm and this morning at 9AM slots were open for me in Chennai.

No directions on doing this anywhere in any govt website but its really all that works.

Best of luck.
