I got rfe for proof of bonafide marriage at USCIS stage. I am trying to upload my documents but they say uploading but are not actually being uploaded. Someone suggested uploading one at a time but the notice says I only have one chance to upload the documents. Has any one had experience with submitting more than one files? I'll attached screenshots

One chance doesn't mean one upload file.  One chance means they will not issue a second RFE if what you submit doesn't clear up the problem

YMMV

So it would be ok to select submit evidence (as shown on the screenshot) and would still have a chance to upload my other files after?

Don't click "Submit Evidence" until all the documents you want to send in response to the RFE have been uploaded and are "ready."

It looks like a problem with the USCIS website, which happens often.  I suggest you be patient and keep trying, maybe tomorrow or Monday they'll upload properly.  Then once they are all uploaded and "ready," click the "submit" button.  Also check the size of the files you're trying to upload.  They may exceed the maximum file size.  If that is the case you may have to compress the files or upload them all separately.  Good luck!

Ensure you're compressed file is not larger than 6MB. Check in the file properties for the size.

I received an RFE for missing pages of 130A almost the end of my processing time (7mths TSC) Can anyone tell me about how soon after you submitted your RFE request online you get a response/approval?? Does it go back into months of processing or your original processing time?

the pages that was missing were the interpreter and preparer pages( didn’t need an interpreter)
