I am freaking out right now!

Here is my situation. I have been retired since 2016 and collecting a pension around $10,000 a month. I am still collecting that $10,000 a month as of this day.

About a year ago I decided to pick up a part time job as a bus driver.

On my W2 from my pension, it spells my name correctly, but on my bus driver job W2, they misspelled my name!!! For example: if my name is Richard Green (no middle name), they spelled it Rickard L Green. They misspelled a letter and included a middle name letter.

My 2019 tax transcript is still not available yet, so i am including my W2, 1040 and 1099 from both my pension and my bus driver job. Will this be a problem since my misspelled my name on my bus driver W2?? Will I get an RFE on the I-864?

Please help me people!

SSN ?

If you are receiving 10k each month, does it really matter?

My SSN is correct on my bus driver job W2. So does that mean I am okay?

Should I just include a little post it note saying "employer got my name wrong on W2"?

thanks

They will use the SSN as the reference. Doubt that anyone will notice the error in the name and if they do , it’s pretty obviously a typo.
