Yeah, but the other thread is AOS from IR1/K1 so it's supposedly a different process and not comparable.  At least I'm told that is why there are 2 different categories.  Assuming you posted here because your AOS is from B-1, B-2, or student visa, you're the first of the September filers.

Oh thanks for the heads up, I didn't think there was a difference since they're all AOS processes!

Got the "card has been mailed" today. What a relief to be done with this!

Another update! My case is ready to be scheduled!

However, I never sent in a medical, and never received the letter of deficiency....are they still gonna send me that letter? ...

I think I've seen other people not getting the letter either. You definitely need the medical to get approved though, so just bring it to the interview and give it to the IO then.

Hello,

What should I do if I don’t have a record of vaccination but I know I had them?

You can do a blood titer test to prove that you have immunity.

@Ah96

How is it going? Have you heard any response after requesting EAD case expedite?

Mine got denied in the end. Had my biometrics done in feb 9 which they applied to my AOS application the same day, but 2 days ago they finally applied the biometrics to my EAD application so not really sure what the hold up was on that part. Hopefully something is moving along now.

We did that but not sure how useful that was. A non-senior adult only needs 4 I think and 1 is a current flu shot if it's flu season. So you get a jab, pay, and wait for results which might say you need another jab. Or just get new jabs.

True! I guess it makes more sense in the case where you know you have the immunity/had the shot, you just don’t have the paperwork to prove it and would rather not get another shot without needing to.

I don't see a thread for October fillers so I'll just post here my progress so far

EB3 | ROW | NBC
FO: Charlotte, NC

I-485 + I-765 applied together (medicals sent along with the forms)
I-131 applied later and still awaiting approval since 27 November 2020

USCIS Received Date: 12 Oct 2020
USCIS Notice Date: 16 Nov 2020
First Fingerprint Date: 22 Jan 2021
EAD Approval Date: 01 Feb 2021

Current Case Status:
January 23, 2021 | Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

Not much of an update but through EMMA, I just learned that my I-485 case is finally in the local field office (no update on appointment though).

It’s just a matter of how quick (or rather how slow) the Charlotte, NC office is now... :)

Please, how do you guys get EMMA to let you know where your file is? What does that chat look like?
