I'm genuinely shocked how quick this was but my case just updated to 'Interview was Scheduled'! I'll be on the lookout for that notice now!

Yes, I can do a case inquiry on my I-130 in a few weeks so I  will as soon as I can.

What is your interview date? I am curious how far in advance they scheduled it.

Nice to see things moving along for Sep filers!

@nendu  Thanks for doing the spreadsheet, you might consider dropping the 944 column as it's no longer relevant.  Looks like just 7 of us without biometrics out of 23?

@Da&Da  Any news?  It's been a while since you've posted.

Hi! Yeah, I went through pretty stressful job change during the last few weeks. But I do have an update. I had the biometrics appointment on 2/17/2021. Currently still deciding on whether to apply for STEM OPT extension---I had to delay until I started my new (and third) job on non-extended OPT. I am hoping that I get the EAD before it runs out. But have been advised by an immigration lawyer to apply for STEM extension anyway.

I just hope that with the admin change things will move a little quicker... Glad to see some folks already have interviews scheduled.

Cheers

Yes, I actually received RFE for the missing I-944 form on December 31 which I sent and it was received by USCIS on January 25. Since then I haven't heard back from them. Sadly, also no biometrics appointment notice.

The NOA in the mail date is October 16. The local office Denver, CO.

Well, one good thing for September filers, at least for those of us that haven't seen any action. If your I-130 is at Nebraska, it's coming up on time to file a case inquiry. Currently the 4th of September. I don't know if it would matter a hill of beans but at least I'd feel like I was giving them a nudge.
